Rio Bravo 2 is located approximately 400 yards from Rio Bravo 1, giving the sites convenient proximity without sacrificing the privacy that makes camping at Rio Bravo Ranch special.
You cannot see Rio Bravo 1 from this campsite. Instead, your view is the desert, mountains and vast West Texas horizon — exactly what you came to Big Bend to experience.

Big Kahuna Shower
Guests staying at Rio Bravo 2 have access to the Big Kahuna shower during their stay.
Camp Water
A 125-gallon tank of non-potable water is available in the common area for showers and general camp use. Bring separate drinking water.
Chinati Potty
The Chinati potty is approximately a two-minute walk from the campsite for convenient restroom access.
Washer Pit
A washer pit gives you something to do around camp while dinner cooks and the sun drops behind the mountains.

AT&T LTE service is also available around the campsite.
Guests have reported that T-Mobile coverage is not reliable in this area.
